Production Manager of Bar Mill Plant#2 which produce mini sizes of construction steel rebars, My role is to achieve the organisation stratigic targets through steel rebars production with achieving the best utilization of the available resources.
Bar Mill Process Engineer- My job is
1- Monitoring and Following up for all plan KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and continues working on improving it.
2-Preparation of new sizes and make complete all Roll Pass Design Calculations.
3- Reheating furnace performance following up and working on increasing the efficiency with minimum natural gas consumption.
4-Applying Lean Manufacturing rules and 5S as cost saving method.
5- Using the statistical methods ( Pareto analysis, control charts) for problem solving.
6-make complete failure analysis to improve the plant performance.
Graduation grade : good Training in MIDOR refinery as Maintenance & Inspection Engineer
