Roles & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintenance of Accounts Receivable overseas / 150 M SAR per year.
•Dealing with insurance companies.
•Responsible for ensuring that AR records are kept updated perpetually
•Reconciles Accounts Receivable balances with customer statements.
•Supervision of Credit controller
•Ensures set off of receipts against invoices to maintain open item list
•Periodic Aged receivable reports
•Preparation of AR related MIS reports and analysis
•Adherence to Standard operating policies and procedures
•Assist in period end closing and reporting
•Maintaining documents/ records pertaining to Accounts Receivable.
•Supervision of the work of assistants
•Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
•Reconcile inter company balance.
•Customer visits to handle all disputes.
