Supervise and manage Nesma safety engineers at electric substations & streetlight installation project. Approved by Saudi Electric Company (SEC) as a safety Engineer. Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure safety compliance at worksites. Oversee under construction to completion of electric substations. Oversee recordkeeping, training, and daily operations in Jeddah and Mecca. Mediate between top management to ensure effective communication regarding safety strategies. Enforce safety policies at company, client, and government level.
Enforce safety policies, conduct audits and inspections, safety training, investigate accidents and near-miss, perform safety inductions for all employees and visitors, supervise safety representatives, conduct risk assessment, issue work permits, submit daily, weekly and monthly reports, regularly inspect equipment, perform fire drills, Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees. Develops & coordinates policies and procedures. Part of the team that successfully passed ISO 45001 Audit.
Assisted in assembly-line production of vehicles by assuring safety standards and product quality for continuous improvement and achievement of company goals.
