Equipment installation and maintenance engineer:

 Installation and commissioning of vertical turbine pumps, strainer and valves.
 Installation and commissioning of 16 nos of Travelling Band Screen and coarse bar screen supplied by M/s.Geiger.
 Installation and commissioning 2 nos of curved bar screen and mobile cleaner supplied by M/s.Geiger .

 Maintenance of Heat Exchangers and Condensers.
 Overhauling of regenerative feed heaters
 Overhauling of Main steam stop valves(MSV) and Control valves(MCV).
 Maintenance of various valves such as butterfly valve, ball valve and relief valves.
 Overhauling activities of sea water intake pumps, Distillation water intake pumps, travelling band screens, Auxiliary pumps, Discharge valves, curved bar screens, Bar screens and stoplogs.
 Maintenance of main fuel oil pumps and lifting station pumps and blowers and its auxiliaries.
 Overhauling works of Hydraulic and Electrical Actuator.

 Checking of specifications, DBR’s, P&ID’s, layouts, GA drawings, vendor drawings etc.,
 Rising of indents, checking of offers, comparison & technical evaluation of bids.
 Preparation of Billing schedules & billing to client.
 Identifying & resolving the short comings in design, drawings & materials well in advance.
 Approval of vendor’s billing schedules & certification of Bills.
 Co-ordination with inter department, vendor, consultants & project sites.
 Expediting timely releasing of drawings & supplying of materials at project site in time.

 Review of Basic & Detailed Engineering of lay out design and drawings pertaining to BTG Equipment for approval
 Review of technical tender documents submitted by bidders for BOP systems.
 Preparation of contract document for BOP Systems for awarding the contract.

 Experience in inspection of BTG equipment’s performance tests conducted at Harbin Power Engineering, China and BOP equipments in India.
 Detailed study and analysis of Erection schedule with respect to BTG supply schedule
 Project planning, scheduling, contract finalization, execution, monitoring, coordination and timely completion of project.
 Technical analysis of various systems like NDCT Vs IDCT, Dry bottom Vs Wet Bottom etc., with respect to cost effective and also ease of operation
 Installation and alignment work of Blowers.
 Interpretation of key Plan, P&ID, GAD’s and Isometric drawings and delivering it for fabrication to the sub contractors
 Handled Fabrication of Steel structures to the tune of 20, 000 MT.
 Fit-up and dimensional check inspection of the conveyor Galleries of Material handling system with special emphasis to quality and accuracy.
 Responsible for Fabrication of LP Piping.
 Conducting daily and weekly meeting with contractors, site engineers.

 Erection of Junction towers and conveyor galleries and respective auxiliary pipings of Material handling system.
 Responsible for Erection and Alignment of LP Piping and its Supports.

 Handled Erection work (FRP portals, Internal fills, distribution pipes, spray nozzle, motor, gear box, fan assembly and its alignment, cooling tower related pipe line) for Cooling tower
