Overview of the project- Supply and Installation of Upgrade Junction at Airport main
construction works.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementation, promotion and continuous improvement of HSE
management system, policies, standards and procedures in the project.
• Responsible for applying and sustaining the Dubai Aviation, Dubai Municipality Codes and
Standards, Roads and Transport Authority, Dusup and implementing the Project HSE plan on
site.
• Carry out Safety Audits, Safety Inspections on the work sites, follow up, regular review and
close out of Audit recommendations & inspection reports.
• Creating SafetyManagement Plan - vs. Actual and Executed Monthly wise.
• Investigation of accidents, near miss incidents to find out immediate causes & root causes,
follow up on corrective & preventive actions and other recommendations of the investigation
report.
• HSE inspections such as Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly Safety Meeting, conduct Daily Safety
Inspection for Allocation, Induction training Conduct Daily Tool Box Meeting and Safety
briefing.
• Maintain the procedure according to OSHA’s 18001, ISO 14001. Maintain the Regulation Rules
of EHS procedures on the worksite.
• Provide required safety services to the client during airport upgrade junction construction
and help assure the existing safety program was followed.
• Development & implementation of Safe Operating Procedures for the related activities in
coordination with the technical personnel to the civil construction & MEP works.
• Arranging work permit, cold permit, excavation permit, confined space permit, hot work
permit etc.
• Responsible for reporting to the project manager and H&S manager where improvement can
be made as well as discrepancies with corrective actions.
• Reminding all workers that the Safety in the Best Policy and to Target 0% Accident in
workplace.
• Advise to project supervisory and management staff on compliance withlaw.

Project- Art of Living Specialized Shopping Mall.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for applying and sustaining the Trakhees, Dubai Municipality Codes and
Standards and implementing the Project HSE plan on site.
• Carry out safety Audits, Safety Inspections on the worksites, follow up, regular review and
close out of audit recommendations & inspection reports.
• Investigate of accidents, near miss incidents to findout immediate causes & root causes follow
up on corrective & preventive action and other recommendations of the investigation report.
