Job Responsibility: Responsible for 52 employees (2 Engineers, 5 Supervisors, 4 Coordinators and 41 Technicians with Drivers  Design and selection VRF system Manual and LATS Software program as per customer required Follow up with the Maintenance groups work progress and job cards Deal with the customers and prepare the installation or maintenance contract with Estimation sheet and BOQ Follow up with engineers and supervisors daily work progress and discus the reports Prepare the MEW approval for the project (authored from MEW ministry ) Prepare P&L Monthly for installation and maintenance sections Lecturer for all the staff weekly about the topic that happen during the works Assist the Project Engineer during Preparation of final Test Reports, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manual and handing over the project to client. Reasonable for ducting work shop.

Job Responsibility:

•Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification.

•Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc., and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site.

•Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.

•Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC Personal for surveillance to ensure the quality work.

•To maintain safe all construction HVAC and Chilled water piping activities are carried out in accordance with the Project’s safety policies and procedures; ensure that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used by Company & Contractor staff.

•Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector (To ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of method statement (if required), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by check list).

•Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standards.

•Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as Hydro test for Above ground and Underground chilled water piping’s, systems.

•Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages

Projects Involved: Kuwait Cancer Centre at Al-Sabah Medical Area - Kuwait
Supply, Erection, Installation Commissioning of:
•Firefighting: Supply & erection of complete systems which include Pumps, Sprinklers, Piping etc.
•HVAC: Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of central ac
•installation of GI ducting with related air out lets.
•Installation Fans with complete ducting.
Job Responsibility
HVAC

•Assist in manpower sourcing and management for project work.
•Supervised the operation of manufacturing process plant and water supply pumping stations.
•Prepare the Shop drawing & As-Built drawing for the projects
• Supervising and follow up for the electrical works related to HVAC like wire connection & termination of starter panels
•Checking Drawings for determining piping routing that connect between Chillers & FCU, AHU
•Determine the tasks for technicians and supervisor and follow up to achieve daily tasks
•Responsible engineer fabrication, eructation and installation for Ducts and common parts for HVAC
•Insulation of duct heater with accessories
Plumbing and Fire Fighting
•Responsible for getting the Plumbing Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specifications approved from Project Engineer.

•Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing associated work.

•prform inspection on all equipment and materials and assist in fabrication of same if required.
•Review shop drawings.
•Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines.

• Checking Isometric Drawings and P.&I. diagrams for determining piping routing
• Determine the tasks for technicians and supervisor and follow up to achieve daily tasks
• Responsible engineer fabrication, eructation and installation for piping and common parts for the boiler
• Prepare as built and any necessary modification for piping routing.
• Prepare Hydro-test method statement and all sequence steps for hydro-test
• Prepare Air blow method statement for all loops after hydro-test
• Prepare chemical cleaning for all the loops to the piping of the boiler
• Prepare steam blew for the boiler
• Prepare lifting plan and method statement for Routine and Non-Routine lifting
• Monitoring site requirements, Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the daily site requirements, and matching it with Material Tracking System (MTS)
• Following up with other departments and assure daily tasks progress.
• Prepare a short material list for any missing or short materials for all piping systems or equipment, and keep it updated, and discuss with the material vendor the optimal solutions for the short materials, either waiting for the original parts to arrive or obtaining it from local suppliers.
• Checking with the engineering department any wrong or missing material description in the drawings.
