Job purpose : is to drive designated market development by achieving sales and receivable targets from assigned outlets and to ensure a successful sales, visibility and availability achievements related to the execution of planned Activates and desired results.

Job Responsibilities : The position held is responsible Is to Set, execute and continuously measure sales and distribution targets and tactics for Modern trade to meet the company’s objectives in terms of(Category Sales achievement, Driving delivered profits
(DP) & Enhancing distribution by Category) by the following

Managing a team of Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives merchandisers and directing their Work towards selling company products. Evaluating staff productivity through brand awareness, capabilities and achievements. Executing administrative functions including preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Control trade spending within set budget and continuously compare, revise and improve ROI for different spending activities, Ensure maintaining budgeted stocks on hand and in market by SKU. Develop a thought through sales plan and execute the same in the targeted market for maximum effectiveness and impact To develop innovative and effective promotions and in store activities for each category in line with the sales strategy - budget plans. Cost effective management of BPL budgets and obtaining optimum efficiency on the investments made. To ensure effective and timely implementation of all promotion and brand building initiatives for the territory To deliver distribution objectives by trade channel as per the specific category requirement To support the County Sales Manager-Sales in making accurate sales forecasting and trend analysis Provide effective support to County Sales Manager -Sales in planning and proper product execution of new product launches Conduct regular market visits, provide reports and recommend action plans. Develop processes and database for monitoring competition Objectives : To achieve the targeted primary sales and profitability targets in the targeted market. To enhance visibility and attractiveness of various products to customers / consumers 3 - To get optimum returns on investments 4- To get a higher share of mind from the trade for increased focus on our products 5 - To realize maximum sales revenue from each initiative and enhance Brand awareness & demand generation from brand building Exercise. 6 - To ensure availability of products on the shelf as per the agreed MSL

14-Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via expansion of the customer base, promotional activities, range extensions or merchandising changes.
15- Measures performance via regular reviews and field visits to observe and develop sales team.

Job purpose : is to drive designated market development by achieving sales and receivable targets from assigned outlets and to ensure a successful sales achievements related to the execution of planned activates and desired results.
The position held is responsible for serving the big accounts in the modern trade channel like: Carrefour, Panda, Danube and hyper markets.

•Managing a team of salesmen, merchandisers and sales Executives and directing their work towards selling company products.
•Evaluating staff performance through brand awareness, capabilities and achievements.
•Executing administrative functions including preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

The principle accountabilities / main tasks :

1-Following up sales calls: to follow up sales exe. calls on existing POS/Outlets as assigned, orders to be booked from customers following the basics of steps of sales call, every aspect of sales call to be considered while making an order (Shelf stock -store check - location of market displays and product visibility), implementation and execution of company's sales and distribution policy in every visit in terms of promotions, discounts and implementation also of The MSL.

2-Execution of POS: ensure the deliveries from the warehouse followed up with the sales exe., merchandisers and the stores, on shelf execution followed up with an implementation repot from the sales exe. & merchandisers and finally implementation of merchandising planogram and correct usage of POS to be monitored.

3-Feedback & information collation (Collaborated with the Sales exe. & merchandisers):
Competitors activities, pictures, etc. on a monthly basis report, pricing analysis of own products and competitors, distribution studies and stock control studies.

4- Receivables : Following up the collections transactions on a daily report and following up the credit & cash invoices amounts.
