• Continuously monitor the works to ensure compliance with the project-specified requirements (technical specifications, approved design drawings, approved inspection and test plan and method statements). Document and report all observed non-conformities.
• Carry out inspections independently; in coordination with the QA/QC Manager, set out ‘dominance’ for all work disciplines, and ensure these are inspected.
• Check test reports received from the Independent Testing Laboratories and ensure compliance.
• Maintain, in a traceable manner, all quality records relevant to a single concrete pour (WIRs, checklists, pour cards, strength records, delivery notes, NCRs, etc.)
