As a Senior among team responsible for diabetes portfolio my area of experience:
Execute sales effectively, efficiently and ethically:
* Uses communication & selling skills to understand customer perspective, communicate and explain key messages
* Implements cyclic promotional tools assigned by the marketing team
* Build customer lists for each Center (physician/purchaser, pharmacist)
*Prepare account plans for all Key customers to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation, achieve maximum return on investment and facilitate bottom up forecast of sales targets and promotional budget
* Complies with Sales Effectiveness requirements
* Develops product knowledge and selling skills
*Complies with business ethics policies regarding ethical promotion

Establishment of a consultative relationship with customers:
* Develop customer relations through medical and social events
Enhance the image of the company through contacts with key customers

Obtain, use and communicate market information:
* Collect competitor activities data
*Scan for new customers and update customer list
* Update customer segmentation process and account plans
