Disciplinary Actions & Investigations
 Implement and maintain the disciplinary action
matrix in line with applicable policies and
procedures & labor law, and handle disciplinary
issues accordingly.
 Investigate violated employees and prepare the
final memo.
 Handling employee grievances.
