• Monitoring the Mechanical schedule of works (achievement of work processing, delivery of material and manpower resources).
• Review of Method Statement, Material Submittals based on Project specification prior submission for Client approval.
• Provides quality control support activities to ensure that services provided are in accordance with client quality requirements.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, and contractors are working as per the drawings.
• Monitoring and controlling each project phases to maintain project milestones.
• Review and submission of As built drawings and RFI for Client approval.
• Recommends and / or verifies implementation of appropriate corrective action for quality issues in coordination with project management, engineering, construction management and others.
• Assisting Sub Contractors in order to resolve quality related problems.
• Following up Third party inspections and approval.
• Maintaining and updating project data base through available tools.
• Attending Project Progress meeting and giving feedback about different WBS (Work Breakdown Structures).
• To ensure that ‘SAFETY’ is practiced on Site at all times. Any safety hazard noticed shall be immediately reported to the Safety Officer and concerned personnel on Site.
• Preparing weekly Progress report and submit to the Project Manager.

• Assisting Sub Constructors in order to resolve quality related problems.
• To avoid delays in work effectively taking necessary action to solve the problems.
• Following up Third party inspections and approval.

• Prepare RFI for any technical clarifications from consultants
• Involve in Quantity takeoff of all materials
• Involve at site for all installation works
• Assisting Project Manager in preparing monthly progress payment.
• Monitoring the site work progress and updating on weekly basis in the Excel format.
• Preinspecting the jobs as per specifications given by the consultant.
• Ensuring that all materials and equipments delivered on site conforms to the approved material submittal.
• Ensuring that the work is carried out and executed as per the drawings, specifications and material submittal.
• Involve in Testing and Commissioning of all Mechanical systems
• Clearing defect notice and NCR issued by the consultant and the contractor.
• Maintaining communication with MEP coordinator on site to correct deficiencies to ensure adequate process capability and information feedback.
• Coordinated directly with the Main contractor, Consultant and Design office to clarify about variation in onsite installation.
• Prepare Handover documentations and arranging inspection for Authority approvals.
• Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manual.
• Overview of all Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems).
• Preparing MIR & ITR for various Mechanical activities.
• Involve in Quantity takeoff of all materials.

• Handled all types of sheet metal machines such as shearing, bending, profile cutting & rolling machines.
• Preparing BOM for the particular work.
• Making drawings for the clients and for fabrication works.
• Supervising the work and coordinating with the different sections for the work progress without any delay.
• Inventory control.
• Conducting leak test for storage tanks as per standard.
• Duct and Pipe Designing as per Site condition.
