Responsibilities
* Construction Management of electrical activities for Substation and
Power Plant projects, Erection & Commissioning of Indoor GIS
&outdoor Substations, Power Cables, Power Transformers upto 380 kV.
* Conduct Kickoff Meeting (KOM), Base Design review Meeting
(BDRM) presentation of project scope
* As per PMO requirements, Collecting Risk Assessments from all NG
internal departments and preparing control plan.
* Project follow up & Updating outages through Nebras SAP - PM system
* Preparation & Processing of LOA, STW, HLW requests and follow up
with AMD, PCC & ARAMCO for the approval
* Review of Change Order request, QA/QC plan, Loss Prevention
Program, Method of Statement, Job Safety Analysis
* Coordination with Client, Contractor and Sub Contractor for
Engineering, Material and manpower.
* Review of Planning schedules, Drawings, Calculations, RFI for materials
delivery and works.
* Taking proper safety precautions, Issuing Site Instructions, Near Miss
Incident and supervise the site construction as per standards and IFC
drawings.
* Updating Group Leader with Daily, Bi Weekly, Monthly progress
reports and conducting Bi Weekly meeting with contractors for progress.
* Implementing PMP standards in construction, reviewing the
deliverables. Supporting PMO audits.
* Experienced in EHV substation, Cable Projects execution with good
technical knowledge of systems, dealing with multi-disciplinary team.
* Coordinating with inter related Mechanical, Instrumentation departments
for the progress. Reviewing of P&ID and Isometric drawings
* Responsible for verifying efficient utilization of manpower and
equipment.
* Erection & Commissioning of 380, 115, 13.8 kV Power Transformers,
GIS, PT’s & CT’s.
* Reviewing the Base design, Detailed design, and Preparing Markup
Drawings as per site conditions.
* Preparation of method of statement and follow up of Cable tray/ Ladder
routing, High Voltage Cable pulling and Cable termination to ensure
proper installation at site.
* Knowledge of design and calculation of electrical installations like load
flow, voltage drop, fill ratio, short circuit, motor starting, Earthing,
Lightning, cable sizing, protection coordination.
* Review of all technical documents required for electrical works at site.
* Preparations of BOQ, Conducting meeting with Contractors and
submitting reports to Project Manager.
* Responsible for Preparing Baseline schedules of a Project.
* Responsible for verifying detailed schedule, Monitor and update the
actual progress.
* Verifying 3 weeks look ahead schedule, manpower histogram &
S - curve.
* Having work experience with Primavera p6, MS Project, Auto Cadd,
Microstation.
* Preparations of Punch/Snag list and verifying the completion, on daily
basis.
