- Checking the yearly production plan and the requirements budgets.
- Checking the monthly and yearly needs from the production workers
- Checking & supervising the monthly/weekly production plan for manufacturing lines and packaging machines according to local market forecast and Export orders.
- Checking the weekly production progress report to show the progress of manufacturing process versus demands.
- Checking The monthly capacity of the factory machines according to it's month needs
- Following up new products & Promotions with Sales and marketing Departments.
- Supervising (modifying) the weekly production plan, and follow up the implementation on the production lines and packaging machines.
- Determining materials needs and prepare the needed orders according to its delivery dates.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory.
- Use the most effective inventory control measures: MRP and manual ordering system, cycle counts, physical inventory and audits materials.
- Prepare & supervise the monthly/weekly production plan.

-Prepare & Trace to diffrencess of the forcast and the achieved sales and expenses .
-Calculate the cost of the montly inventory
-Coordinate any transporation to lacal and export customers.
-Classify the inventory items and Re-order the materials According to the movement and the below re-order points.
-Communicating with sales and marketing Dep.
-Trace the movement of the dead and slow moving stocks.
-Auditing any invoices related to Logistics Dep.
-Reposable of Plan, lead the inventory count and prepare the cycle count activity after getting the approval from the manement.
-Responsible for Logo Applicatin
• Responsible of all accounting of Alexandria & north cost area including Main warehouse (with goods more than 5 millions EGP) and all its group branches (10 Branches).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing functions.
• Analyze numerous monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare trial balance and year-end adjusting entries.
• Managing all aspects of accounting including cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Controlling general ledger functions, including account analysis, account reconciliation, adjustments, and journal entries.
• Approving/coding all invoices, authorized employee expenses,
Reconciling bank statements and directed petty cash disbursements.
• Managing budgeting responsibilities, including budget planning and variance analysis.
• Develop and present financial reports to management.
