• إعداد جدول الكفاءات.
• إعداد مصفوفة الكفاءات.
• تحديد ساعات التدريب العملي.
• إعداد تعليمات العمل.
• إعداد مادة عملية لكل تخصص لغرض ربط عملية
التعلم بالفكر الصناعي.
• إعداد برنامج تقني للخريجين بغرض التوظيف.
• القضاء على عدم التوافق الجودة وحوادث الصحة
والسلامة.
• ضمان الامتثال المتسق والمستمر من قبل جميع
الموظفين والطلاب بمتطلبات السلامة والمتطلبات
التنظيمية والمعايير والبروتوكولات.
Responsibilities
• التأكد من أن ظروف العمل آمنة.
• نبذة عن الشركة.
• التأكد من استخدام جميع معدات وأدوات السلامة.
• مسؤول عن خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وإدارة المخاطر وتقليل التعرض للمسؤولية.
• متابعة الحضور اليومي وعلى مدار الوقت المحدد للطلاب.
• مسؤول عن جميع أنشطة الطلاب حسب سياسات الشركة.
• يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة ممتازة في حل المشاكل.
• توزيع خطة التدريب لكل طالب.
• التنسيق مع إدارة التخطيط للتنفيذ الفعال للكفاءات وضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المناسب من الكفاءات كما هو مخطط لها.
• تنفيذ خطة التدريب وفقًا لإجراءات التوقيت القياسية لكل اختصاص.
• شرح المادة العملية
• تدريب كل طالب لجميع الكفاءات في خطة التدريب.
• تقييم الطلاب لكل اختصاص منتهي.
• تحسين أداء الطلاب لتنفيذ الكفاءة.
• تقديم المساعدة الفنية للطلاب عند الحاجة.
• إعداد تقرير يومي وشهري ليتم اعتماده من قبل مدير التدريب.
• إجراء الاختبارات النظرية والعملية.
• تقييم الطالب لكل فصل دراسي.
• تنفيذ برنامج تقني للخريجين بغرض التوظيف.
Participate in preparing the management objectives and work
plan.
• Managing the overall vocational Training process (initiating-
planning- Executing- monitoring and control)
• Preparing the training learning outcomes for the different
Educational programs.
• Supervision of the training action plans on sites (Factories).
• Coordinating the workflow with other departments and
partners .
• Preparing the Recruitment Plan and conducting the interviews
with new candidates.
• Confirm that the department's annual objectives are running as
planned and deliver the concerned quarter reports.
• Contributing to the STA graduates Employability Process.
• Managing the students' Admission Processes with Students
Affairs.
• Contributed as a Technical Member in the committee of
selecting trainees for the Sawiris Foundation project “Training
for Employment”.
• I'm fully aware of ISO 21001 and ISO 29990 requirements.
• I'm authorized to perform internal audits in compliance with ISO
19011.
• I had been successfully externally audited by TUV Nord as a Head
of the training department without any NCR from the period
between 2018 to 2023.
• Participation in selecting the new partner and the appropriate
specialization for them.
• Participation in preparing curriculum based on competencies.
• Participation in preparing training frameworks.
• Participate in curriculum development.
• Participation as a lecturer and trainer in the Vocational Training
Center.
• Participation in preparing a training plan for teachers of
technical subjects and implementing it inside factories to give
them practical experience that helps them explain their
theoretical part.
• Participate in coordination with all factories for various work
requirements.
• Contributing to solving some problems that affect customer
retention.
