Started my journey at Unicom Group as Head of E-Commerce Operations responsible of ensuring the technical delivery to an E-Commerce Marketplace website coded by PHP language based on PrestaShop .

Working with the Odoo technical team to setup our ERP requirements and the business needs for our inventory control & warehousing .

The technical requirements for a marketplace were totally different from any online store and our mission in this phase was to assure the business requirements are met .

Working on a daily basis with the technical team & developers, setting up the core business needs & workflow cycles that includes all the expected relationships between a marketplace like Souq.com and the possible vendors or suppliers & our potential customers .

Assisting in creating a master business plan for this project to start operating in the most potential countries in the Middle East like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, UAE . Coordinating with my team & our CFO to issue a P&L plan including it's budget analysis .

Working in parallel with the creative team to empower our graphic designers to create a brand identity for our new startup. Working on the creation of a marketing plan with our group Marketing Director that includes a digital marketing plan for the e-commerce website .

Creating the team hierarchy and the required calibers to start working on a project like this . Started by hiring the E-Commerce main functions & that includes a Content manager, Business Development manager, Digital Marketing manger & Customer Service manager .

Managing the Company accounts in Souq.com, Jumia.com, Otlob.com,
Akelni, com .
Creating a new website for the company (Abu-Auf.com) & Manage the day-to-day
tasks pricing/promotions/loyalty program third part integrations etc
Achieving on line sales goals and objectives by implementing and revising on line
sales strategies and Social Media content.
Full Responsibility of Facebook & Instagram company profiles like those Facebook
Pages Abu Auf, Live Green, Healthy Egypt & Classic Snack including visual
content, budget, overall strategy & ways of interactions with our customers .
Working closely with Graphic Designers to help generating the desired graphics
content for the needed posting.
Administrate and approve all final new products/features delivery and recommend
improvements, features road map, and control appropriate urgency and consideration.
Plan, manage and monitor clients' online campaigns in addition to social media
campaigns including ads content, ads platform and target audience then use
analysis techniques to enhance products reach .
Monitor and improve customer engagements, Buying behaviors analyse all customer
requirements and monitor all requests, through detailed focus on data and analytics.
Train different teams in operating the E-Commerce platforms including accounting
team, photographers & data entry .
Responsible for the Call Center team in achieving required KPIs and monthly targets
, Quality Performance .
Responsible for the Online Customer service team & tracking their performance,
giving them the required training in Live chatting sessions & how to operate
different types of E-Commerce platforms .
Develop the business plan including the annual budget for E-commerce which will
outline objectives, strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals
for product sales, margin & operating income.
Responsible for business systems integration, user interface design, information
architecture, web site content management systems and creative design aspects.
Coach, develop and support the growth and development of subordinates and
colleagues.
Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of content across the websites
including product & promotional merchandising, online marketing campaigns, website
design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.

My role is to bring in the relevant assortment, design targeted promotions, and manage partners including sellers and brands.
Responsibilities
Establish strong relations with sellers and support their performance, as their main contact point.
Be in charge of the assortment development of one category of products for Jumia. Identify key assortment opportunities, build sales team priority plan to assist for execution.
Manage to maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with merchants/vendors and channels
Support product and content creation process to increase assortment live.
Plan and maintain constant stock availability.
Ensure ambitious revenue growth.
Coach sellers on competitive pricing.
Suggest promotions to sellers, sell marketing services, organize these campaigns internally.
Build weekly marketing plan, contribute determining which products/subcategories will be promoted on website and through all marketing channels (Newsletters, Facebook, Display...etc).
Develop strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.

- Responsible for the items catalog Data on our website
- Creating, developing, editing and managing the items content information for the allocated categories of products.
- List the new items and follow the process until it becomes live item and ready to be used.
- Communicate with central pending department to upload the items new listing, modification uploading and any related issue.
- Collect the item information from the category Managers or Market place departments and reviewing them based on Souq.com standers and policy and add any needed information.
- Update the listed items Information (Selling Price - Stock Qty)
- Item Modifications & Approvals (add item new info.- correct existed item info.)
