Started my journey at Unicom Group as Head of E-Commerce Operations responsible of ensuring the technical delivery to an E-Commerce Marketplace website coded by PHP language based on PrestaShop .

Working with the Odoo technical team to setup our ERP requirements and the business needs for our inventory control & warehousing .

The technical requirements for a marketplace were totally different from any online store and our mission in this phase was to assure the business requirements are met .

Working on a daily basis with the technical team & developers, setting up the core business needs & workflow cycles that includes all the expected relationships between a marketplace like Souq.com and the possible vendors or suppliers & our potential customers .

Assisting in creating a master business plan for this project to start operating in the most potential countries in the Middle East like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, UAE . Coordinating with my team & our CFO to issue a P&L plan including it's budget analysis .

Working in parallel with the creative team to empower our graphic designers to create a brand identity for our new startup. Working on the creation of a marketing plan with our group Marketing Director that includes a digital marketing plan for the e-commerce website .

Creating the team hierarchy and the required calibers to start working on a project like this . Started by hiring the E-Commerce main functions & that includes a Content manager, Business Development manager, Digital Marketing manger & Customer Service manager .
