QA/QC Supervisor at JTI International, Inc.

 To witness Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing of pipelines. Monitoring all pipeline project activities.
 Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
 Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communication exist and are maintained
 Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
 Completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure review of inspection test packages during the course of construction/laying activities.
 Carryout inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site is as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
 Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. Attend the weekly QC meetings.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
 Compliance with the site's Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
 Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
 Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

1. Worked as a QA/QC Engineer in South Gujarat Gas Pipe Line Project. (Pipe Grade:16” Dia X 29, 000mts API 5L X 65).
2. Worked as a QA/QC supervisor in Kalol-Santej Gas Pipe Line Project. (Pipe Grade:16”X 14, 000mts API 5L Gr.B).

Maintenance engineer at ITC Limited

 Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) has been done for reduction of vibration in drives system and accrued a benefit of 63% reduction in overall vibration during a span of 5 months
 Root cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) has been done with more detailing, execution of trivial action plans are completed within a week’ duration hence reducing the repetitive nature of the failure
 Shutdown planner for annual maintenance of the machine
 100% PMS adherence, so that rationalizing the failures due to lack of PMS
 Working in an ISI Green Belt Project in Cp, Cpk Improvement of Profile variation in Camber rolls under the guidance of Mr.Mondal, Pathik Kr., Technical Officer (SQC) faculty from Indian Statistical Institute (Kolkata).
