Took the responsibility of establishing new office in Doha as part of the company’s expansion plan. Building pipeline from scratch. Implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. Networking and Marketing campaigns to improve the presence and reputation of the company. Direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation.
Responsible for regional VSAT sales and business development in EMEA Region. Selling VSAT Services and building close relationships with Teleports. Develop and maintain business relations between the company and the customers. Understanding business needs of corporate clients and their business model to give them appropriate solutions. Conducting presales reviews and detailing of customer requirement. Designing and developing proper cost effective solution. Preparing proposals and responding to RFPs.
Pre-Sales Consultant for security, law current and structured cabling systems. Responsible for the preparation of accurate & competitive estimates, in accordance with the tender drawings, specifications, and various client requirements to produce a successful bid. Responsible for the full and complete ownership of a solution from enquiry / inception phase through to final hand over. Supporting the Account Manager(s) throughout the bid process including meetings, presentations and site surveys as and when required. Attending bid hand over meetings with the operations team to give clear and concise bid information to promote a successful project installation.
Responsible for managing & overall supervision of ongoing and new security, structured cabling and low current system projects. Perform value engineering and cost control to keep project within budget. Provide technical support to the Sales Dept. Assist in the preparation of drawings, operation and maintenance manuals for each project. Manage all cross functional technology components from project initiation to post implementation. Manage technology change through the lifecycle of the project. Lead the project team through issues resolution as required. Provide concise and timely status reporting as required by senior management. Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.
