- Translate Ministry of Health press releases and send them to the English newspapers to be published.
- Translate the content of MoH website
Handeling all the international collaborations' logistics such as:
- The focal person re: international collaborations communication
- Visitors flights
- Visitors accommodation
- Receiving proposals
- MoUs or contracts followup, signature, etc.
- Circling the files to the concerned departments
- MoH's international events
Translating documents in different fields such as medical, legal, administrative, scientific and so on.
1. Replacement of Secretary during her absences
2. Follow-up creation of suppliers at GSM
3. Procurement of WRO supplies of routine nature
4. Keep records of the newly received publications & organizes the WRO Library
5. Typing all Reports & correspondence of urgent nature
6. Typing in final form WR's Addresses & lectures\presentations when required
7. Dispatch & receive WRO correspondence & keep relevant log books
8. Keeping updated address lists of WRO contacts & mailing lists & WR's Greetings & invitations
9. Carry on with the Media\Information activities & particularly the WRO news letter, Occasional & daily press clippings of special interest to health.. etc
10. Keeping proper filing system for WR Office Correspondence
11. Following up data entry at the newly established WRO Web Page & ensure sending the required information to EMRO Web Page Editors
12. Any other duties may be assigned by WR.
1.Coordinates appointments, maintains and daily updates supervisor’s agenda as well as office’s planning agenda with indicators and table of action plans, and ensures close follow-up with concerned staff. Receives and coordinate meetings with high-ranking visitors with utmost courtesy and tact, places and screens telephone calls and answers queries with discretion
2.Participates in organization and preparation of Rep’s meetings, takes minutes, and ensures close follow-up on action taken
3. Helps in coordinating and facilitating office major events
4.Draft, prepares and sends letters in Arabic and English and ensures follow-up with counterparts on needed action. Assist in editing and proofreading office report
5.Receives screens, logs and routes incoming correspondence through (pouch, mail, fax, etc.), attaches necessary background information and maintains follow-up system. Keeps a record of outgoing \ incoming reference letters and a filling system. Prepares unofficial translation, and may act as an interpreter
6.Helps in raising awareness on UNICEF by dissemination of UNICEF’s reports, publications, CDs, audio-visual, posters, etc., to strategic partners in Gulf and to any other concerned department.
7.Follow up with Ministers of Foreign Affairs in the Gulf and other relevant governmental departments to facilitate cooperation, coordination and communication.
8.Keeps computerized lists of contact details of government officials, NGOs officials, private sector partners, donors, media, UN agencies, diplomatic corps, etc
9.Screens Arabic and English newspapers and clip articles of interest on women and children, or any other area related to UNICEF strategic plans or to millennium development goals (MDGs). Coordinates with media on Rep’s press articles, interviews, speeches, media advisory notes, etc
Translating reports and presentations into English
Dealing with native teachers and translate for them if they need
Provide academic guidance for the students in the campus
Entering students data in the computer
