• Performing financial valuation, utilizing discounted cash flow and multiple based analysis
• Building and using financial models
• Supporting due diligence & negotiations during transactions
• Preparing presentation materials and participating in deal pitches
• Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions

• Self-motivated to complete month-end closings and prepare management financials & reconciled statements within given deadlines for timely Income statement & Balance sheet results reporting.
• Responsible for Financial Forecast process throughout the year.
• Analyzing the actual KPIs in accordance with the budget, and prior years.
• Monthly cash analysis for better working capital efficiency.
• Reporting of Sales Review and Financial statements results for monthly presentation to top management.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports/analysis.
• Liaise with Commercial directors to build monthly, quarterly and annual estimates.
• Economic Value-Added analysis to assess the motives behind actual results versus forecasted.
• Monthly risk assessment analysis.
• Compliance;
o Ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
o Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
o Making sure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effective.
o Persuading others to adhere to specific standards.

• Provide robust modeling and reporting to facilitate executive level decision making.
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports and cost/profit centers.
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
• Preparation of budget & reforecast process.
• Prepare annual financial information provided to the external auditors.
• Identify risks and opportunities to the financial plans and forecasts.
• Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing the results of analysis and present the results to senior management.
