i started working as head chef at Food & Beverages, in charge to kitchen in diva’s restaurant
Working as chef de partie in the production central kitchen to support the restaurants and the room service.
i start with al hajery group as an chef de partie in the main kitchen and i was responsible for the butchery and i was the opening incharge for the kuwaiti restaurant((KHANEEN)). my tasks is: to control the stock, ordering from supplier & receiving, follow the recipes and control the staffs
i have work in multi units as listed : Butchery incharge for production, salad room for prepare the orders of the outlets and responsible for production of all appetizers also im the pre opening incharge for shawarma Matic and in both position i was incharge of my team
i start work there as part-time staff in the summer then i complete working with them during the university as part time staff on daily basis my job was there in the butchery, grill chef and shawarma chef
i have study information technology but i didn't work on it
its only education and i was working that time as part time job in the Totango restaurant
