Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
• Preparation of Sub contractor billing payment.
• Monitoring the productivity
• Rising variations.
• Joint measurement and verifying with Consultant, Sub contractors and finalizing the quantities.
• Prepare the monthly cost report and MIS to DGM Level.
• Reconciliation for major civil items.
• Coordinate with Contracts Department and dissolve the contractual disputes.
• Coordinate with Subcontract and Supplier
• Subcontractor billing in online (ERP, E-Promis, Xpedeon & Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
• Work Order Preparation for Subcontractor and Suppliers.
• Preparation of Comparison statement for Subcontractors and Supplier Quotations and forward to Central Procurement Department for finalization of works and issue the work order or LPO.
• Coordination with Purchase Department for Arriba confirmation.
• Preparation the Tender and Contract Documents, Including Bill of Quantities as Per the Consultant Drawings, Specification and Contract Conditions.
• Review the Specification, Drawings, Bill of Quantity and Contract Documents.
• Preparation and analyzing costing for tenders
• Coordinate with the consultant at during tender period & Project ongoing stage.
• Coordinating with Indian and International consultants and contractors.
• Lead a team of Engineers for project implementation.
• Execution of Civil, MEP Fit-out works.
• Getting arranged to have coordinated shop drawings as per site condition well in advance.
• Preparation of Projects Documents such as QA/QC Statement, BOQ’s Invoice for suppliers and Vendors, Work order requisitions, amendment of drawings etc.
• Mobilization of Contractors, Vendors by finalizing their orders for Works.
• Preparation of Work Program (Time & Manpower) and Finance Schedule for Project.
• Analyzing the Cost factor at the time of procurement of Materials.
• Controlling and monitoring the project execution against budgeted.
• Conducting monthly review meetings with Project teams and Contractor and attending the Clients and Architects meetings.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and MIS to DGM Levels.
