Duties:
Doing all the preopening set up for all 100 % company owned restaurants and partnerships restaurants as positions responsibilities, rights, creating all local cost and revenue control related SOPs ( Policy and procedures ), administrator for Material control system, controlling all the process of purchasing, receiving, invoicing, storekeeping, sales and all postings, auditing all monthly inventories for all company stores and outlets, responsible of the month end closing results as cost reconciliations, closing balances, short and over and analyses reports.
Regular audit for all stores and outlets and being sure that all are adhered to the company policy and procedures and the country health, safety rules and regulations, responsible of doing all outlets menus costing and putting the sales prices based on the market survey and the cost percentage budget, auditing all received invoices to be sure that it’s posted correctly and following the payments process for all vendors, control over purchasing prices and regular cost price survey is provided.
Controlling all departments cost of sales and expenses together with the budget assigned.
