From Oct until May (2013) working as Opener-Closer. Tele-marketing to USA I open calls, and as well jump on flags as to take a call that has been flagged from an opener further and close it as a deal.

Experience gained:
- I got practical knowledge about the personal credit bank score and what are the main factors that affect it and how to fix it in a very easy way and in a very good shape on the other hand side got my memory in sales flash
backed as it has been a while since I used to close deals.

• Scope-IMS (2013)
From June until present. Working as Account advisor for Scope-IMS, Mainly what we do is marketing and advertising for all types of businesses, more over international marketing and construction for Exhibitions all over the globe.

Experience gained:
- I got practical knowledge in Exhibitions, construction of new locations, stores and etc., As well as the experience thinking and creating new ideas for each promotional event with all the different types of
businesses.

From June until 25 Aug, I was a Technical support representative L1, supporting all the customers who
have troubleshooting in the network, can't get a signal, software problems, roaming troubleshooting, etc

And I used to work for the Retail-support line, supporting the stores with the technical issues and back office.
Experience gained:
- Customer service technique in which answering an upset customer that really needs help and once his
problem is finished so he turn on very satisfied and happy.
- Understanding more about six-sigma and the Average handling time, after call work, average hold time, and on the same side keeping the quality score on course.
- Handling hard cases of activation failure etc.
- Getting to know how to use CRMs
