•Responsible for end user support for all desktops, laptops, printers and software applications and Troubleshooting system and network problems, solving hardware or software faults. And remotely Troubleshooting and assistance as well.
• Managing Users accounts in active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, (creating, disable, Delegation, reset password, unlock accounts).
• Install, configure & setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring. proper installation of Windows based desktops operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Routinely exceed call-handling goals, closing an average of 25 calls daily (25% above quota) with a 75% first-call resolution ratio and an average talk-time of 5.5 minutes -- well below 7 -minute goal.
• using HPSM Ticketing system to manage users request and incident.
• Experience in Microsoft Deployment tool.
• Support various projects and special assignments as required.
• Responsible for local infrastructure and end-user support
• Managing Users accounts in active Directory, and creating policy in GP
• administration Local Network switches 2960 Catalyst (VLans, security policy..).
•Managing Kaspersky Center server and Microsoft TMG and Monitor the traffic for security issues.
• responsible for video surveillance system NVR, 60 IP cameras, backup, troubleshooting.
• IT local Support for users (hardware maintain, troubleshooting, OS, Printers, backup).
• installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
system administration (Managing Users accounts active Directory, GP)
• Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings
