•Study tenders & bidding documents to get the maximum optimization for the Project cost.
•Working with local & international Subcontractors, lead all contract negotiation for newly awarded contracts to all Subcontractor including planning, Cost & technical aspects.
•Optimizing team works to improve and modify project schedule, quality and monitor them to ensure being within budget and meeting project milestones.
•Supervise Teams to ensure the quality of works including all TBM activities starting from Machine assembly then operation activities such as injection, Slurry Treatment and Power supply, Pipe & Segment feeding.
•Verifying details with all Head Sectors including Finance, Administration and Technical to ensure regular cash flow, improving Company P & L, Compliance with labour law Projects schedules, quality and millstones.
•Initiating company policy that matches HQ Policy & applied labour law in the region complying with the project type and needs to be applied within the project.
•Leading all Technical Discussion for Soil Freezing, methods, proto type and modelling to Execute 4 Cross Passage, Diameter 5 m in Between the 2 main Tunnels Under more than 5.5 bars at a depth of almost 70m.
•Maintaining relationship with client & Consultant at all stages starting from tendering, pricing stage, execution period till Delivery stage.

•Leading the first Egyptian Team to execute Tunnelling works ranked 3 times as No. 1 worldwide at 13m Dia. within the execution of Ismailia Tunnels.
•Identified points of extra cost and obtaining new ideas to minimize the cost & losses ensuring the required quality.
•Fine selection for resources (manpower and equipment’s) to ensure the plan and quality of the executed works respecting the milestones till the project delivery.
•Effectively revised all contract, subcontractor agreements to meet the exact milestones.
