1. The IGCC complex will include five (5) combined cycle power generation blocks. Each block will include two combustion turbine generators along with one steam turbine generator with net power of 3, 850-Megawatt (MW).(Ongoing)
2. 2x 380KV GIS, one and half breaker configuration
3. 2x 230 KV GIS, Double Bus bar single Breaker configuration
4. 4x 132 KV GIS, Double Bus bar single Breaker configuration
5. 5x 13.8/4.16/0.48 KV MV SWG & MCC Substation.
6. 2.5MW/3.125MVA/13.8 KV Diesel generators (08 Sets).
7. HV Cables Testing (23 Circuit)

Duties:
• Prepare PC&C procedures, method statements, forms, loop folders, policy etc.
• Integration of the Pre-Commissioning schedule into the project schedule.
• Develop in line with company rules PC&C: strategy, engineering road map, sequence, and planning.
• Ensure that Pre-commissioning Mark-up activities are properly carried out.
• Attend project meetings as required and liaise with other disciplines, site operations, Client Representatives (POD, PMT, and PID) and vendor personnel for PC&C.
• Reviews reports generated by pre-commissioning team and ensure their compliance with SAIC, SATIP, SATR and SAPCF.
• Manage all company PC&C site reporting and evaluate performance of Team.
• Promote safety first attitude and ensure that project HSE objectives are properly integrated in PC&C Stage.
• Develop On-the-Job Training programs for PC&C Teams.
• Follows-up & ensures clearance of punch list on regular basis.
• Develop and issue Monthly, Weekly and Daily PC&C progress reports.
• Provide start-up and operations assistance as per requirement
• Develop KPI’s related to Pre-Commissioning activities.
• Ensure the development and implementation of system handover plan.
• Ensure that Pre-Commissioning progress is in line with the project requirements by identifying any potential schedule delays and recommending mitigation actions.
• Managing manpower, Tools and Equipment organization to fulfill the PC&C scope and schedule
• Review and Modify the Black start Restoration Plan for Power Block.
