• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

1. Setting and developing the sales plans to achieve store Sales Target, net activation 100% (Quantitative).
2. Monitor and maintain daily, monthly, Quarterly and Annual achievements to ensure year over year Growth 10%.

4. Present and explain the sales target and plans to all staff.
5. Deliver world class customer experience & Improve customer service, productivity and quality.

8. Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
9. Meet the Store look and feel standards.
10. Adhere to the company policy and procedures.
11. Stock level handling (Optimum stock, physical count & Hand over).
12. Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of sales, methods, and results.
13. Contributes in forecasting and planning with the Retail Regional Manager.
14. Recommend the store sales staff promotions and appraisals.
15. Recommends salary increase for sales staff in the Outlet.
16. Monitor the Floor Management according to the Outlet Design Concept.
17. Coordinate with the training department for training needed.
18. Motivate sales staff to exceed Retail Sales Dept. objectives and KPI.
19. Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the outlet.
