• Designed, reviewed, and approved HVAC duct layouts in
compliance with project specifications, SMACNA/ASHRAE
standards, and coordination with other MEP services.
• Supervised site installation of GI/PI/flexible ducts, VCDs, fire
dampers, access panels, grills, and diffusers, ensuring quality
workmanship and adherence to drawings.
• Conducted shop drawing review and coordination meetings to
resolve clashes with electrical, plumbing, and structural services.

(MIRs) in line with approved submittals and project

• Ensured strict adherence to HSE standards during all site
execution activities.
• Assisted in testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) and
commissioning of HVAC systems for final handover.

• Provide report to management on daily, weekly, monthly issues
for improved service to ensure the correct services are
delivered.
• Planning and execution and verifications of snag list
completion.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all internal
and external customers.
• Organize the initial and annual maintenance snags for the
properties and monitor closely the performance of contracting
companies in sorting out the maintenance problems.
• Performance reports for HVAC peripherals such as VAV, FCU
etc. Shall be prepared on quarterly basis.
• Control and Maintenance of HVAC System in the BMS system
for its healthy operation and throttle the settings as per the
requirements to maintain the standards.
• Co-ordination with Staff in Emergency situation, breakdown
and preventive maintenance.
• Control & monitor the HVAC plant, AHU and other systems
which is connected to the BMS system on a daily basis and
report alarms to the operation team.
