Scope of Work:
 Study the project documents thoroughly (drawings, specs, BOQ…etc.)
 Prepare and review of (RFI -RFP - RFA - IR - MS).
 Follow up of MEP inspection requests and set the priorities.
 Leading and manage groups of electricians and plumbers and delegate tasks to them and
oversee their performance
 Review MEP materials according to the tender specifications for consultant approval
 Estimation and purchasing of the material quantities
 Ability to efficiently communicate with suppliers.
 Follow up of all delivery schedules for the required MEP materials of the projects.
 Conduct regular progress/technical meetings with the consultant /client
 Prepare daily progress reports to be sent to the planning department and project manager
 Ensure work is executed according to contract/project specifications.

Tele & Data System, Water Supply, Fire Fighting and Plumbing)

Prepare Shop Drawings and Details for The Consultant Approval
 Prepare As Built Drawings.
 Prepare Single Line Diagrams
 Prepare Cable Tray & Trunk Sizing
 Document Control.

 Holding regular meetings with the consultant
 Provide site engineers with all data required.
