Responsible Manpower Planning, Strategy & Budgeting.
. Developing Recruitment Policies & Procedure.
. Managing End to End Full Recruitment Life Cycle of Entire Company as a Focal Point of Recruitment and Controlling Recruitment of all the Departments of Company.
• Sourcing, Head Hunting through LinkedIn, Naukri, Referral, social media, Expatriates, Bayt, Career Website etc.
. Screening, Telephonic or Face to Face Discussion to Finalize the CVs with the along with the salary negotiation to Share with Departments for Shortlisting & Final Technical Interviews.
• Maintaining Calendar to Arrange Interview Panel & Conference Room for Interview of Shortlisted Candidates and Reviewing Documents of Final Selected Candidate Before Sending Offer Letter.
• Prepare Offer Letter & Sharing with Candidate and Clear Candidate’s Queries against the Offer Letter Sent and Keep Following till Offer Acceptance and Updating Application Tracking System.
• Arranging Visa through Global Contractors or us to Start Hiring / Mobilization After Offer Acceptance and Coordinating / Following up for Medical Test & Result, Sponsorship Transfer (If Available on Local Sponsorship Transfer), Visa Stamping, Resignation Submission & Relieving, Ticket Issue, Transportation for Pick-up From Airport, Hotel Booking, HR Orientation, Safety Orientation, Employment ID, Email ID, Attendance Punching, Work Place, Computer / Laptop, Stationary, All till Candidate is Onboard.
• Maintaining Application Tracking System (ATS) manually on excel sheet & SAP (Success Factor) to Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Reports and Updating Monthly KPI & Recruitment Process Reports for All Onboard Candidates, under mobilization, Open Position, etc.
• Handling Employees Grievances / Problems and Resolve them or Discuss with Senior Authority if Any Approval / Advice is Required to Solve them.
. Successfully Hired 2000+ candidates including skilled & professional.
. Conducting weekly recruitment meetings.
. Mentoring team members,
. Managing a team of 8 Sourcing, Mobilization & Onboarding, Employee Relation Officers.
. Aligning KPI’s
. Aligning SLA with recruitment policy & time frame.
. Reporting directly to General Manager(HR)

•Developing Strategy to effectively meet them.
•Preparing the annual recruitment budget.

•Responsible for identifying & maintaining international relationship with excellent overseas recruitment agencies.
•Handling Key Accounts
•Manage external recruitment agencies in the Kingdom and internationally to ensure the company understands each of these markets and is optimally placed to meet its ongoing recruitment needs.
•Develop and oversee the operation of appropriate recruitment processes for different levels of job, including the use of structured interviewing and other forms of assessment to optimally ascertain candidates’ capabilities and their “fit” with the job requirements.
•Manage a team of 10 - Sourcing, Mobilization, Onboarding, Employee Relation Officers and ensure the search for qualified candidates using corporate portal databases, Internet recruiting sources like Facebook, LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Monster, Bayt, Expatriates, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
•Ensure appropriate employment offers are made to selected candidates, in coordination with the Department Managers & Clients to determine the appropriate package to offer
•Provide support for the professional development of staff reporting to the client.
•Continuously monitor the recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance with professional and testing standards, and recommend improvements as needed.
•Interact with all potential candidates and newcomers in the organization during the induction process.
•Interact with all department heads & clients to assess their recruitment needs.
•Manage external recruiting agencies and executive recruiting firms.
•Effectively manage the development, implementation, operations and maintenance of the Work Structure module of Oracle Taleo and ensure that the system meets all the functionality and reporting requirements of the department
•Ensuring all legal documentation correctly made which is required by overseas recruitment agencies.
•Maintaining the date base of 8000+ visas.
•Authorizing E-Wakala’s to overseas recruitment agencies.
•Successfully hired around 6000+ candidates for various clients for all sectors including unskilled, Skilled & Professional across levels
