Responsible for the overall Operational Management of the head office and administration of all countrywide Branches. Directly reporting to the CEO. Duties include:
- As a member of the Board of Management actively involved in the organization’s Corporate Planning. - Manage a team of more than one hundred and fifty staff members.
- Delegation of duties and responsibilities to all staff members among SBU’s.
- Prepare annual/quarterly Business and Marketing Plan for all branches and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct and analyze Business process reviews/surveys in order to improve efficiency.
- Plan and execute ICT projects implemented into Sri Lankan Schools.
- Develop and execute course Content Management, new student enrollment strategies, etc.
- Conduct Trainings - inbound and outbound - Coordinate and conduct e-learning sessions, parent-student-staff interactive sessions, etc.
- Maintain effective collaboration with local and foreign regulatory bodies, academic institutes and universities.
- Interview and recruit staff for all departments including part-time lecturers and teachers.
- Research and Development of New Technologies and trends for academic trainings with the support of social media networks and online portals.
- Lead and manage teams during special events and ensure effective operation of the event (includes educational training/sales promotions/sports/corporate).
- Research, prepare and present marketing budgets, pricing, forecasting and product profitability that could guarantee success keeping track of the output.
- Actively engaged in lecturing for Graduate and Undergraduate programs in IT and Management streams.
