Handle the non conformance WIP material on the lines to be confirmed for same or other suitable orders (by issuing extra process or allocate it to other order)
Re allocate the non conformance products to other suitable orders or allocate it to same order by issuing extra process or take approval from customer on non degrading defects such as weight
Inspect the rejection material which rejected in the first of line and
Take suitable decisions for it
Follow up the results of the reallocation decisions
issue monthly analysis reports for the reallocation results
discuss with product & process development and quality control departments the reasons of non conformance and how to reduce it
revise the free material and product to allocate it to open orders in MPS
help the MRP team in allocating the raw material for monthly MPS
Direct and coordinate all the activities related to product development Projects to achieve the company targets within the terms of the policies and procedures as following :
Create project charter identifying project goal and project scope.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Agreed with project team on project scope, goals and deliverable
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Hold regular status meetings with project team.
Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
attend the project close out meeting and determine the control activity on the project
follow up the control activity with the concerned parties
measure the project goal by using Statistical analysis
