3- عمل التقارير الاسبوعيه والشهريه عن حجم ومستوى المشتريات ومدى فاعلية الاداء لسرعة تلبية الإحتياجات للمشروعات ومدى تنفيذ خطة الموضوعة من قبل الغدارة الهندسية
4- عمل التعاقدات مع المقاولون والموردون للمواد مع متابعتهم حتى تتم عملية التوريد للمواقع ومتابعة الضمانات وشروط الإعتمادات المستندية ومطابقتها مع العقود ومدى إنجازهم لما تم طلبة فى طلباتى الشراء سواء الداخلية أو الخارجية
5-متابعة خطة المشروع وعمل جدول للتوريدات بعد مناقشة الادارة الفنيه والهندسيه للموضوع
6-تقيم المولردين للضغط عليهم للوصول إلى افضل سعر فى أفضل زمن وأفضل فترة سداد
متابعة طلبات الشراء الداخلية والخارجيه ومراجعة المقارنات بين الموردين
