Responsibilities under Working Period: • Studying of Tender drawings, specification, conditions of contract, instructions to tenders, circulars and all other relevant issues. • Measurement of Quantities as per tender drawings and Specification Preparing bill of quantities as per tender documents. • Preparing and issue (inquiries) sub-contract tender packages including BOQ, specifications, drawings and other documents for the purpose of quotations. • Comparison and evaluation of quotations received against the budget, investigation of sub-con/suppliers capabilities, factory visit, recommendation preferred sub- con/suppliers, review of commercial terms and contract conditions. • Following up with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation, queries and Technical clarifications. • Preparing Variation between Tender (IFT) & Construction (IFC) Drawing. • Evaluation of interim payments and Evaluation of variations

• Review, negotiate & settle subcontractors' subcontract variation orders and subcontractors' payment certificates
• Estimation of tenders based on 1st principle
• Graduated Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management (BSc (Hons) QS & CM) at University of Sheffield Hallam UK.
