Project Description
• The SIBCO (Saudi Industrial Beverages Company) Mega Plant Project involves the construction of a new Pepsi factory in Jeddah Second Industrial City, Saudi Arabia with more than 138, 000 m² total built up area, to be the BIGGEST PEPSI FACTORY IN THE WORLD.
• The scope of the project includes all (MV, LV, Low Current, HVAC, and Plumbing & Fire Fighting) systems with a contract value of around 300 Million SAR for MEP works.
Job Description
• I'm responsible for testing and commissioning for BMS work, including final circuits feeding (Outlets, disconnect switches, lighting, low current, data cabinets, FCU, AHU, fans, ... etc.) under the supervision of UK Engineering as the site consultant and client representative.
• Instructing and prioritizing the tasks, giving to foremen and workers and follow up their productivity.
• Handling consultants' comments and requirements and solving them for handing over
Quoting and pricing for projects
-preparing shop drawing and revise as per site
-issuing purchase order and following up with suppliers
-comparing and selecting the best offer that match with the budget and with technical specifications
-study order requisitions and asking for offers from various suppliers
-submission of completed tender proposals to meet customer deadline
-preparing cost calculation sheet and the price schedules for the tenders
Design electrical drawings and supervise site work and consult electrical work and drawings on site
-Preparing electrical shop drawing for projects
-Preparing Cable cut list
-Preparing panel board schedule with relevant calculations
