following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
supporting the roll-out of new applications;

rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other
professionals, such as software developers; network engineer;

Creating and maintaining accurate database of all pending and resolved IT issues
Manning the IT help desk and providing instant solutions to IT issues
