Machines: ENGEL(50T, 80T, 120T, 160T, 300T) and TOSHIBA(50T & 100T),
Handled: Nozzle Heater & T/C, Barrel Heater & T/C, Hot Runner Controller, Servo Motor, Etc..
To Operate and Maintenance of Dehumidifier(Dehumidification of Plastic Material), Bry-Air Autoloader, Granulator& Mould Temperature Controller(MTC)
PRASAD MTC & WITTMANN,
CONAIR: WATER and OIL MTC,
Electrical & Hydraulic Work in All Injection Moulding Machines, MTCs, Dehumidifier, Autoloader, Granulator.
To Preparing and Maintaining the Maintenance documents,
To co operate and implementation of 5 ‘S’ works at shop floor end,
Conducting all types of electrical works,
Reporting to the above activities to department head.
Hands on work experience in MS office and very good motivation for executing any challenging Job with team members.
