• Compile plans of the company's manpower needs, and develop a plan to secure the needs adopted through recruitment, training, promotion and transportation in accordance with the budget system estimated.
• Recommending the development or modification of policies and procedures for recruitment and employees, in light of the general objectives and working conditions, and according to the procedures of preparing and modifying the systems and in coordination with the organizational consultant.
• Checking applications for employment in terms of compliance with the specifications and the approved budget.
• Develop long-term training plans for employees, annual training programs based on managerial level, specialization and personal behavior towards work and linking training to the needs of the organization and class bonuses and promotions to the highest degree.
• Supervising the implementation of the training according to the approved plan, and ensuring that it achieves its goal, by evaluating the results for each trainee, and raising its observations and recommendations to the person responsible for each.
• Programming and timing of the submission of evaluation reports, treaties, public relations and other formal procedures, and to make necessary contacts with those responsible for starting work, approval, adoption or implementation.
• Develop and implement the daily attendance control system in consultation with officials according to the nature of the work and the administrative level of the employees.
• Mainstream holidays, and sick leave, annual and emergency and instruct officials to their role in the planning and approval of annual leaves.
• Supervising the registration of amendments to salaries and monthly wages, and all the consequences of the employees or their current or emergency dues, and submitted to the Department of Finance in accordance with its instructions.
• Supervising the new employment visas process and all the procedures related to ministry of labor and immigration.
• Limiting and circulating the legal requirements of each employee, supervising the timely fulfillment of these requirements, and transferring the necessary transactions in government and official departments to the government relations officer in the administrative services department.
• Counseling through committees or attend meetings regarding the preparation or application or coordinate systems and personnel actions in the parent company or subsidiaries, according to the programs approved by the HR manager.
