Managing the Facilities services include cleaning, pest control, Maintenance, Landscaping, west management and hospitality
Managing Team Leaders within the Facilities Management team, Including the Landscaping team with the responsibility for the financial viability, planning, coordination, and delivery of the best services
Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors.
Developing and shaping service delivery to ensure customer needs, best value and organizational objectives are met.
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
Managing, Key staff such as supervisors, and team leaders for the soft services including cleaning, pest control, west management, maintenance and hospitalities
supervising and coordinating projects and works of contractors.
Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises.
Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
Keeping staff safe.
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
Managing project budget as per client needs and company standards
Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
Evaluate ideas for additional scope of work and additional opportunities for services and recommend to the client as appropriate.
Understanding of the importance of managing a site and the services provided including the ability to calculate the rewards and penalties.
Ensure the contract is delivered effectively for the client and soft services contractors.
Proactively manage the quality of service and introduce innovations in line with market trends.
Assume full responsibility for the management of soft services against the contracted scope of work.
