-Handle customers’ requests and inquiries within the department and at other business layers.
-Contact retail merchants to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising.
1)Maintain a strong relation with the customers through phone or emails.
2)Manage new and old customer’s accounts.
3)Listen to customer requirements and appropriately make sales orders.
4)Obtain contact information for all new customers to make expanding.
5)Collect and complete all the loan documentation as per the loan approval terms.
6)Follow-up for documentation required for processing in accordance with Retail loan policies and procedures.
-Dealing with the customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter or face to face.
-Ensuring that a customer’s problem is brought to satisfactory conclusion.
-Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the level of customer service.
-Data entry and follow ups with customers, making outbound calls for customer data verification.
-Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
-Handling any technical issue for any customer and manage all hardware and software deals related to the center.
-Challenging any objections with a view to get the customer to buy.
-Conduct sales visits to identify clients’ needs and advising them on the most suitable solutions of the company products and packages.
-Provide advice to end-users on Software & Hardware problems
Online Scholarship with Orlando University-USA recently in 2013 to achieve the Master Degree in English language.
