* Manage and Implementation for Servers (Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, File Servers).

• Installation, configuration, and administration of following servers and services (Domain
Controllers, DNS and DHCP, File and Print server).
• Installation, configuration and administration Cisco routers, switches and wireless devices
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations and responsible for ensuring events and/or incidents
are detected and responded to in adherence to established processes as well as procedures.
• Install and maintain computers and operating systems, software, and printers.
• Provide support for VOIP system and end point.
• Dealing with suppliers and service providers to provide all the needs of the IT department
Responsible for all aspects of IT operations including first line support (Service Desk and
monitoring 24*7) and second line support (infrastructure) for Egypt and Jordon sites.
• Manage Microsoft servers (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File servers and Print)
• Manage switches, and wireless devices for work requirements, and resolve network-related
problems for Egypt and Jordan sites.
• Monitor Routers and Servers performance by PRTG and Natflow analyzer to ensure the
traffic is running at its best performance.
• Install and follow up computers and operating systems, software, and printers and Ensure that
it works in the best performance.
• Provide support for all showrooms, kiosks, and other locations across the remote connection.
• Install and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) according to business requirements.
• Inventory the company assets and track the status of the IT store by using Service desk
application.
• Dealing with suppliers to request the needs of a company.
• Using Service Desk application to achieve the best service level between IT and other
departments.
• Provide support for AVAYA VOIP systems and endpoints.
• Train employees on company systems
Manage Microsoft servers, (DHCP, DNS, Print) routers, switches, and phones.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer
systems, software, and hardware.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN),
and other systems.

• Maintain Computers Hardware and Software and install operating systems.
