- Remotely supporting & consulting IT team from Egypt.
• Define an optimum organization structure for the ICT department so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take place in an efficient manner.
• Define and develop an ICT infrastructure strategy for the organization that supports and enables the achievement of overall Company objectives.
• Define and oversee the implementation of an effective & robust control (authorization), back up and security systems to safeguard & protect all ICT operations & ensure the reliability & integrity of data.
• Identify, evaluate and appoint hardware and software vendors, consultants and/or contractors as necessary in order to ensure the company obtains relevant and high quality cost-effective service.
• Develop and implement appropriate IT data management and reporting systems in order to ensure effective control of IT inventory and effective reporting on IT service provision.
• Develop and maintain formal procedures for providing support to all ICT users in order to ensure timely and efficient resolution of all IT and communication related issues.
• Monitor and analyze organization wide IT training needs and liaise with the HR & Admin department to provide appropriate training provision so that all employees have the required IT user capability to enable delivery of business objectives.
• Maintain awareness of the trends and best practices in IT and Communication technology both internationally and regionally and recommend and implement suitable practices in the organization.

1. Cloud solution: Implementing Microsoft Project Online 2013 and SharePoint 2013.
2. ITC Mobile Application for Android and iOS devices integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
3. Combining all ITC websites in one website with new requirements and integration with CRM.
4. Implementing MPLS connection between branches (Dammam - Jeddah - Riyadh).
5. Preparing 2 datacenters in new 2 branches.
6. Securing ITC network by using FortiGate firewall.
7. Implementing automated SMS solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
1. Cloud solution: making Hybrid deployment with Microsoft Office 365 as a SaaS which includes (Exchange, LYNC, and SharePoint). Upgrading Microsoft Systems (to Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2010).
