Process cash application transactions on a daily basis

Skillfully utilize the company’s accounting software to maintain accurate records of daily transactions

Work with vendors, clients, and staff to verify transactions

Collaborate with project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.

Perform accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.

Analyze all transactions and incorporate unforeseen costs into the budget.

Keep a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.

Prepare cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by the company.

Mediate conflict in situations where customers are disgruntled or seeking recompense and provide solutions that reestablish credibility and maintain business but effectively benefit the customer.

Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up.

Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction.
