- Preparation, approval, and implementation of the QA/QC Plan
- Develop an Audit Plan for Subcontractors and Project’s self-performance crew.
- Perform planned audits to assure that all departments and subcontractors are following the
QMS/ISO9001-2015.
- Maintain documentation of audits, findings, and resolution of corrective actions taken due to audits.
- Issue Risk register for expected quality risks and do mitigation plan for it .
- Be the primary point of contact for the Client on issues relating to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Attend site QC meetings or other meetings as necessary.
- Create Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP’s) .
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and manage the process of documenting and resolving NCR’s.
Distribute the NCR log as required.
- Coordinate with Client, , subcontractors, and other entities to complete project turnover.
- Provide training and support to staff members on quality control processes
- Lead and assign tasks for Project QA/QC Team.
- Attend weekly Quality site walkthrough with client/Engineer and construction team.
- Develop and monitor all required documents, logs and trackers.
- Develop and implement project completion and handing over plan.
- Responsible for Handing Over stage for the project.
- Identify and raising any finishing disciplined Non-Conformity cases to the QA/QC Manager.
- Follow up the WIRs status and the closure.
- Receiving consultant's comment and advising the site team on spot and ensuring the close- out of their
comments.
- Do snagging and de-snagging for the project.
- Prepare ITP for finishing works to assure that the product will meet the project specifications. Schedule
audits internally to other project departments and externally to project subcontractors
- Interpret and review shop drawings
- Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications
and plan requirements
- Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design
and specification requirements
- Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
- Perform training and tool box for site team to assure that they are aware of project specs and standards.
- Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality

Duties & essential job function :
- conduct internal inspection as per approved ITP's, and ensure that the work is done as per the issued for construction specs and approved shop drawing.
- Daily site surveillance to ensuring that the work is ongoing according to the required specifications, approved shop drawing, approved method statement and quality control procedure.
- Ensure that only approved materials are being used as per approved method statement and manufacture recommendations .
- Identify and raising any finishing disciplined Non-Conformity cases to the senior QC engineer .
- Follow up the WIRs status and the closure .
- Receiving consultant's comment and advising the site team on spot and ensuring the close-out of their comments .
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project.
- Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
- Controlling all inspection activities on site.
- Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
- Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
- Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
- To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.

- Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship
