Managing the full HORECA Business (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) in Western Region.
Responsible for leading HORECA team for achieving monthly & annual sales target.
Coaching & managing HORECA sales team to improve the customers services.
Negotiate the contract agreements with key HORECA customers.
The main contact point with KEY Customers and the suppliers to share their forecast.
Provide the team training and guidance to be capable to deal with HORECA Customers.
Following up on daily basis with the operation to ensure the daily supply is going smoothly.
Monitor customer collection and ensure that all customers are paying on time.
Build long term relations with customers through visiting them regularly.
Responsible for providing sales reports each quarter for the management.

Managing and motivating my sales team to achieve the targets.
Placement and following up the action Sales Plan according to company vision.
Following the operations process with the other departments on daily basis.
Managing the customers’ needs regarding sales, collection, returns, delivery
Managing promotions & new products introduction.
Prepare and analyze daily and monthly sales reports.
Searching for new areas and customers to increase the sales routes.
Making regular survey for local market and competitors
Motivating the sales team by holding frequent meetings and analyzing sales reports
