Spearheaded all strategic and operational functions for the Egypt branch. Led the overall contract management, project management, and successful implementation of the 85 MW Zafarana wind park project, a major Spanish-financed initiative. Established and enforced rigorous project controls while managing all legal, commercial, technical, and administrative affairs of the branch, serving as the primary liaison with Egyptian Government ministries and critical stakeholders.
