The Contracts & Commercial Manager of the Main Contractor for a Design & Built Contract of 1.5 Billion SAR; for constructing the Headquarter Complex for the Ministry of Interior in Jeddah over a total plot area of 650, 000 m2.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Main contract administration, subcontracts administration, correspondences, notices of claims, variations requests, EOT claim narratives/submissions, cost assessment submissions for variations orders, contract value forecasts, reviewing RFQ’s, subcontracts drafting, quantum analysis for subcontractors claims/variations, preparation of takeoff sheets and BOQ’s, items breakdowns, main payment invoices, subcontractors payment certificates, back charges, monthly status of accounts, final settlements, commercial meetings/follow-ups, liaising with Authorities, and commercial reporting.

The Contracts Manager responsible for the entire procurement process for all the subcontractors needed by the projects executed at the Western Province; to be handled centrally from the Contracts Department in the Main Head Office in Jeddah, as per the company policy.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Subcontracting Plans, RFQ’s preparation, invitation to tender, Q&A, technical/commercial assessments, comparison sheets, negotiations rounds/final discounts, compliance statements, preliminary agreements, prequalification approvals, LOI’s/LOA’s, subcontracts drafting, subcontracts signatures, and placing suborders.
