Kingdom Centre - Riyadh
Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Military Projects
Power Plants 8 & 9, Air Defense Forces HQ, Kingdom Hospital, Al Tameer Mall & Commercial Complex.
A landmark project by Foster & Partners linking the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah via Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) by a high-speed train. Project Value: SAR. 2.3 billion.
In charge of Design and Engineering and material production and follow up their approval with the client on the following projects:
• F-5 Tiger Move - Tabuk Airbase
• Peace Sun IX - Khamis Mushait Airbase
• F-16 Facilities Proposal
Project summary: King Abdullah’s University managed by Saudi Aramco occupied more than 36 million m2 of land with a built-up area of 2 million m2. Scope included 2, 000 villas, health, recreational, leisure and sports facilities, schools and shops. Project Value: SAR. 9 billion.
Achievements:
•Provided technical support, defined priorities and guided engineering staff and construction teams to execute the project in a timely and cost-efficient manner
•Issued guidelines and procedures that defined and simplified the handover process and resolved various design and construction issues
Project summary: Marina Towers, a KPF design is one of the most renowned iconic residential project in the Mediterranean, it is comprised of a tower soaring 120 m and two med-rise buildings including 4 basements. Project Value $ 200 million.
Achievements:
•Value engineered, managed, coordinated and monitored the design process among several international and regional consultants
•Managed the prequalification of contractors and the bidding process
•Monitored the construction process, Contractor’s claims and approval of payment certificates
•Achieved Value Engineering proposals resulting in significant cost savings of around $ 4.5 M

Kingdom Centre - Riyadh
Project summary: Kingdom Centre, an iconic symbol and the tallest tower in KSA, it housed the world-renowned Four Seasons Hotel. The project occupied a plot of 120, 000m2 and has a built-up area of more than 300, 000m2.
•Interfacing, coordinating and monitoring various activities between ESEC, their subcontractors and the project management team including Bechtel and Four Seasons Hotel Management
•Provided daily support to the Project Director on all activities in the project related to Engineering, Value Engineering, Materials, Planning, Cost Control, Variations and Claims

•Design Manager on: Research Institute Laboratories for KFUPM, a Residential complex for Saudi Aramco in Ras-Tannura and Dhahran Airport flight kitchen
