•Managed the prequalification of contractors and the bidding process
•Monitored the construction process, Contractor’s claims and approval of payment certificates
•Achieved Value Engineering proposals resulting in significant cost savings of around $ 4.5 M

•Interfacing, coordinating and monitoring various activities between ESEC, their subcontractors and the project management team including Bechtel and Four Seasons Hotel Management
•Provided daily support to the Project Director on all activities in the project related to Engineering, Value Engineering, Materials, Planning, Cost Control, Variations and Claims
