Analyzing existing requirements for the assigned line (LINE 0 CJV, TJV and FAST)
• Analyzing CVs and selection for interviews
• Co-ordinate with the recruitment agencies and communicating for possible recruitment
• Liaise with the recruitment agencies for Visa processing and related issues
• Arranging for interviews in co-ordination with the recruiting agency and respective department heads

• Conduct telephonic or online interviews and perform candidate assessment
• Negotiate with the recruiting agency/the candidate for Pay Package
• Finalize recruitment process and inform respective department heads for further procedures
• Key member of the Recruitment Department, working closely with the VP HR and Recruitment Manager in the planning, developing, managing and implementing recruitment strategy, processes and procedures
• Support department head in forecasting, preparing and managing the recruitment budget
• Measure and evaluate external recruiters’ performance based on established procedures
• Develop creative and diverse recruitment solutions/plans and provide direction to team for recruiting
• Identify new recruiting sources and negotiate terms and conditions
• Track CV’s by developing a main database which contains new hires data
• Manpower/recruitment planning of new projects with visa requirements and time limitation
• Screen resumes and interview applicants
• Coordinate with Line Managers and Department Manager, for interviews and selection
• Prepare job descriptions of newly created positions
• Created an interview rating form and recruitment monitoring/activity status reporting
• Delivering on set strategies related to Talent Acquisition;
• Maintaining Company’s Head Count within budget and maintaining its relevance to Org. Chart;
• Developing and following up on needed updates to the current recruitment policies and procedures;
• Managing recruitment procedures and monitoring cases related to retention to fill possible gaps;
• Conducting job interviews and submits recommendations to recruitment manager;
• interviewing candidates as a panel member to identify and assess the interpersonal and communication skills.
• Coordinate the whole HR processes between HR concerned department and the assigned division. This include the following: Manpower planning; Initiating recruitment request; Learning and Development strategy implementation; Performance appraisal; Organization Culture Audit; Employees discipline.
• Responsible of all personnel matters related to staff.
• Coordinate employees’ leave plan and ensure plans are executed and leave balances exhausted.
• Managing employees’ data on Human Resource Information system (HRIS).
• Coordinating employee termination of contract (voluntary & involuntary) while ensuring that EOS entitlements are paid out accurately and on time.
• Monitor the time and attendance processes and related issues (verify employee claim for overtime).
• Plan, type and submit all the required reports on time and within the highest quality.
• Visit the assigned division on weekly basis to ensure that all raised issues are resolved.
• Work closely with division leaders in a consultancy role.
• Assisting line managers to understand & implement HR initiatives along with policies and procedures.
• Provide customers with information that they need in a professional and friendly way.
• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues/inquiries.
• Deal with customer complaints by providing direct solutions.
