1. Control and schedule all day to day maintenance activities on offshore locations, routine and non-routine, breakdown and shutdown; also coordinate the necessary works for planned shutdowns.

4. Approach all works under the team work concept, effectively working with personnel of other departments. 7. Utilize and enforce the adequate use of the company's Permit To Work system.
8. Responsible to ensure the data base of the company's Computerized Maintenance Management System is maintained updated at all times.
9. Actively utilize the company's MAXIMO - computerized Maintenance / materials management program - to generate parts and materials requisitions
10. Responsible for having available the adequate spare parts and materials to provide continuity to the operation.
11. Continuously follow up the materials requisitions in progress, revise the stock levels of materials to communicate and coordinate all materials related matters with the Procurement, Materials & Logistics department.
12. Recommend and help formalize all maintenance policies, routines and frequencies; prepare plans for major repair works, overhaul jobs, and/or upgrade or replacement of al equipment and plant on the offshore installation.
13. Help to prepare budgetary plans for the above activities for approval by management, for both operation and capital expenses.
**Work as Electrical engineer in Upper Zakum Development company (offshore site) as an Maintenance support electrical engineer in engineering office from March, 2009 till July, 2010. And responsible for the following
- All electrical small projects,
- create and review engineering scopes
- follow up with the execution process.
- Review maintenance strategies and update as possible.
- Prepare tenders and quotations and contact with vendors.
Work as Sr. Electrical engineer in Worley Parsons Egypt and was responsible in engineering design and creation of all engineering documents also responsible for the following project.
- Ramadan 6 - Rehabilitation project.
- Agiba upgrade project
-Duties and Responsibilities:
*Analyzes, diagnoses and solves significant Electrical issues, recommends solutions and ensures implementation.
*Ensure reliability of all instrument and electrical systems.
*Provide engineering support and develop training for front-line electrical craftsman.
*Coordinate shutdown and turnaround activities for plant electrical equipment.
*Investigate and report root cause failure analysis for electrical equipment.
*Review electrical drawings and specifications.
*Approve any onsite variations to design and witness electrical equipment commissioning tests and sign-off on the completed electrical systems.
*Study; troubleshoot, and analyze electrical related equipment failures.
*Experience in engineering, design, installation, testing, pre commissioning, commissioning of electrical systems such as generators, transformers, switch gears. and control systems
*Preparation of specification, Scope of work for electrical systems for new projects.
*Prepare specification and scope of work for the various electrical equipment and reviewing the vendor documents submittals
*Review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of electrical equipment and systems in production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability
*Review Electrical operations and maintenance procedures and practices for the plant
*Review, recommend and update company Electrical standards to ensure compliance with internationally recognized professional standards.
*Prepare documents, designs, technical specifications and scope of work for contracts related to electrical engineering.
*Supervise work of contractors and coordinate their activities as required.
*Participate in testing and commissioning of installed projects to ensure electrical systems meet contractual specifications and requirements.

** Work as a Senior Maintenance Engineer In Electrical Department In Khalda Petroleum Company from 10/12/1998 Till now.
Responsible of electrical maintenance, spare parts selection & ordering, Arrangement of all work orders issued from computerized maintenance planning software called (MAXIMO) which is responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance and history logging for miscellaneous equipments in fields below. & data analysis for failure codes
Establishment of data base (access based) for analyzing failure codes for all electrical equipments.
** Work as Sr. project electrical engineer in Khalda Petroleum Company in the following projects:
- Installation of Kahraman new substation with overall capacity of 15 MVA and distribution over head transmission line network for feeding wells
- Installation of 5th turbine in Salam oil plant with capacity 3.5 MVA.
- Installation of 4th transformer in salam oil plant with capacity 2.5 MVA.
- Also Work in projects with EPC project for Salam gas plants 3/4 with overall production 200 MMSCFD of natural gas, with substation with overall capacity 66 MVA. with 6 turbine MARS 100 in consultant team during engineering phase

** Work as a Senior electrical Engineer In Engineering Department In Khalda Petroleum Company was responsible of issuing a company standards for SGT 3/4 Gas plants project and following up with contractor during the engineering phase for this project which will produce 200 MMSCFD.
Also work in preparation of specifications required for installation of compression station which will be installed at northern pipeline to increase the capacity of the pipelines to transport new production produced with SGT 3/4.
